How to make Matcha green tea...

1. Sift the green tea powder in a sieve. (Flour sifter) about 1/4-1/2 teaspoon into the brewing cup. *** sift powder is optional ***
2. Pour approximately 2 ounces or 60 ml of hot water, approximately 80 degrees Celsius, into a teacup.
3. Quickly stir in a zigzag motion until a frothy and creamy layer form on. (15 to 20 seconds)
4. (Optional for more delicious) Add milk or syrup or ice as you like. Let's Enjoy!
